Skills assessment
A skills assessment can help dancers to find their way in defining their career transition projects.
This service aims at setting up an in-depth inventory of the knowledge built by the dancer through the course of his/her professional and personal life. A skills assessment gives insights into the behaviour and the motivations of the dancer by the analysis of his/her values and interests. The goal is to identify two potential professional transition paths.
This process is carried out with the help of a psychologist and counsellor in the field of professional orientation.
This service can be offered by Danse Transition as a follow-up to one-to-one counselling sessions and according to each dancer’s situation.
A skills assessment may be paid by Danse Transition to a maximum of CHF 1'500.-.
